Day two of Bandit and Kirsi!!! We'll Bandit let me sleep in this morning which was awesome. He was perfect last night, no barking, no crying. And Bandit is getting along great with his new Elephant, but I still think he prefers his Monkey. For the past few days we have been focusing on learning the command, "to your bed," which he did the first time successfully just a minute ago. He was also left alone for the first time today while I went on a job interview, which I got. I start training this week, but I made sure to give myself one more day before Bandit and I will be parted for periods of a few hours. But when I came home there were no messes, or anything. He was wonderful. One bit of excitment: Bandit saw a mouse on the stairs today coming in, and now he goes nuts every time we pass that stair, but he'll forget soon enough. And he has already stopped barking when he hears noises in the adjacent apartments, so he is clearly learning fast. What a smart boy!
