Well count down to Bandit is going well: phase one, move out, completed. Next is phase two, move in, then phase three--the doggie proofing phase, and then he will officially move in with me Sunday night. Saturday night if I'm not too exhausted after unpacking, which let's face it, I probably won't be.
I've been making a list of the things Bandit and I will need to live together. More toys for Bandit, a must. And tuper-ware for both of us. With different lid covers to distinguish whose food goes where. His must be freezer durable, mine, not so much. And a little basket for his toys, and bones, and snacks, and a garbage can with a lid for me, and little containers with lids for the toilet paper, and my hats and mittens. And a shoe rack--although I don't think he is a shoe chewer. And I'll need a hook on the wall for his leashes and harnesses, and an attachable baggie dispenser for his poop to put on the leash, and what else, what else?
The doggie gate so I can keep him confined to the kitchen at night, and doggie beds obviously, and lots and lots of tennis balls. And classical music cds to listen to when I am gone, because Bandit is clearly a very cultured dog, and he doesn't like country, not like me.
And everything else I think of too. Writing this at the computer lab so there will be no accompanying picture. I apologize. I'll post two next time.
